Responsibilities
• Create and present monthly reports on team performance with KPI’s in executive
meetings;
• Lead marketing strategies and present them to clients
• Create, set up, track and optimize campaigns on various platforms
• Lead weekly status and working sessions with agency partners and ensure plans and KPIs
are being delivered
• Own campaign structure and setup to ensure accurate analytics and measurement are
being captured
• Provide ideas to boost marketing results
• Manage digital advertising including search and display channels (PPC, programmatic
display, retargeting social, etc)
• Continuously improve the user experience
• Manage social channels with the help of Demand Generation and Product Marketing
Teams
• Work in close partnership with Marketing Ops on a technical stack and vendors that
return results
• Work closely with the digital and design teams to produce visually appealing content and
copy relevant and specific to each digital channel
• Support strategy and implementation of account-based marketing tools, technologies, and
platforms to deliver business objectives
• Continuously analyze market trends and design to best practices
• Build and enhance vendor relationships and stay abreast to new media tactics
• Understand and influence the design of lead flow, pipeline generation, and marketing
automation that will maximize the impact of your campaigns.
Requirements:
• Lead weekly status and working sessions with agency partners and ensure plans and KPIs
are being delivered
• Proven experience in PPC, paid social and content marketing
• Own campaign structure and setup to ensure accurate analytics and measurement are
being captured
• Superb English communication and copywriting skills
• Strong interpersonal skills; experience working across different teams to inform and
produce content
• Self-starter with a roll up your sleeves and figure it out spirit – we are a lean team and
need people who thrive off a fast-paced environment
• B2B marketing experience – preferably in information technology/SaaS space
• Highly creative individual with enthusiasm to conceptualize and implement programs
that are disruptive while maintain brand elevation
• At least 5 Years Previous Experience
• Knowledge and proven experience creating, executing and continually optimizing
successful paid marketing campaigns
• Ability to think creatively and work under tight deadlines
• Sensitivity, tact and the ability to honor confidentiality
• Strong knowledge of SEO and web optimization techniques
