Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Indore, M.P.
Employment: Full-Time
Experience: 0-5 years
Shift: US Shift ( 8:30pm-4:30 am/ 7:30pm-3:30 am)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads to expand the customer base.
2. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
3. Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
4. Sales Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently.
5. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
6. Sales Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports.
7. Business Analysis: Analyze market trends and client needs to improve sales strategies.
8. International Client Handling: Manage interactions with international clients, ensuring high levels of service.
9. Product Understanding: Gain in-depth knowledge of products to effectively communicate benefits to clients.

Required Skill Set:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
2. Experience in sales (inbound and outbound), preferably in an international BPO environment.
3. Proficiency in computer operating systems and MS Office.
4. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
5. Experience with CRM systems.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
7. Familiarity with US accent and cultural nuances.
